Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Operate and monitor production machinery per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Safety Adherence: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Documentation: Record production data, such as output, material usage, and machine logs.
- Workflow Management: Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and schedules. LinkedIn +8
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: ITI and diploma is typically required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery.
