Accountant

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Prepare and record sales and purchase invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and reconcile bank statements with books of accounts.
• Handle GST accounting, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, input/output GST, and reconciliation of GST data.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payment entries, and TDS reconciliation.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare ledger accounts, trial balance, and basic financial reports.
• Record receipts, payments, journal entries, and other routine accounting transactions.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for GST, TDS, invoices, and accounting transactions.
• Assist with monthly closing, audit requirements, and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and maintained according to company policies and applicable tax regulations.
