Automobile Sales Executive

Car Sales ConsultantJob Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Car Sales Consultant to join our automotive dealership team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable vehicles, conducting test drives, and achieving sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Attend to walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, offers, and finance options.
• Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and follow-ups.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives for customers.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, and other departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM/DMS.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain strong product and competitor knowledge.
• Candidate Requirements:12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in automobile sales / car sales preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in automobile sales can also be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
