Job Description

  • Greet customers with a friendly smile and make them feel comfortable.
  • Prepare coffee, tea, shakes, and other beverages with good taste and presentation.
  • Take customer orders carefully and make sure they get exactly what they ask for.
  • Know the menu well and confidently suggest drinks based on customer preferences.
  • Handle the coffee machine, grinder, and other equipment properly.
  • Keep the counter and work area clean, organized, and hygienic throughout the shift.
  • Make sure every beverage is served fresh and maintains the brand’s quality standards.
  • Keep an eye on stock and inform the team when ingredients or supplies are running low.
  • Work well with the team and support smooth service during busy hours.
  • Good communication, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are important for this role.
