Job Description

Job Description:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and other beverages as per standard recipes.
  • Maintain the bar setup, stock and beverage station.
  • Recommend beverages and provide excellent guest service.
  • Handle upselling and support beverage revenue growth.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, inventory and stock records.
  • Follow responsible alcohol service, safety and licensing guidelines.
  • Support beverage innovation and team training.
  • Work in a fast-paced lounge environment with rotational shifts.


Eligibility:

  • 2–5 years of bartending experience in a lounge, bar or premium F&B environment.
  • 12th pass mandatory.
  • Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and mixology.
  • Good communication and guest-handling skills.
  • Bartending/Mixology certification preferred.
