We run a highly professional kitchen, pay salaries on time, and only hire staff who are serious, disciplined, and fast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Cook the main food items daily as per company standards. Make sure the food taste is maintained exactly the same every single day.
• Counter Operations: Handle and manage cooking fast when there is a heavy rush in the evening.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of raw materials and alert the manager for re-ordering those.
• Hygiene & Maintenance: Maintain strict cleanliness standards in the kitchen, washing area, and service counter.
• Customer Service: Ensure polite and quick service to customers.

Candidate Requirements:

• You must have 1 to 2 years of experience cooking in a fast-food shop or restaurant.
• Knowing how to make Nepali or Tibetan food is a big plus, but it is NOT compulsory. If you are a great fast-food cook and can learn our recipes quickly, you can apply.
• Must be hygienic, well-groomed, and disciplined.
• Ability to work in a high-speed environment during peak hours.

येति हाउस ठाणे के सबसे तेज़ी से बढ़ते फूड ब्रांड्स में से एक है। हम हीरानंदानी मीडोज में अपनी दूसरी ब्रांच खोल रहे हैं।

हमारा किचन बहुत ही प्रोफेशनल तरीके से चलता है, हम बिल्कुल टाइम पर सैलरी देते हैं, और हम सिर्फ ऐसे स्टाफ को काम पर रखते हैं जो अपने काम को लेकर सीरियस, अनुशासित (disciplined) और काम में तेज़ हों।

अगर आपके पास हुनर है और आप एक मजबूत और स्टेबल ब्रांड के साथ काम करना चाहते हैं, तो यह आपके लिए बिल्कुल सही जगह है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

• फूड की तैयारी: कंपनी के मानकों के अनुसार रोज़ का मेन खाना बनाना। इस बात का पूरा ध्यान रखना कि खाने का स्वाद हर दिन बिल्कुल एक जैसा रहे।
• काउंटर का काम: शाम को भारी भीड़ (heavy rush) के समय बहुत तेज़ी से खाना बनाना और काम को अच्छे से संभालना।
• स्टॉक और सामान: कच्चे माल के स्टॉक पर नज़र रखना और सामान खत्म होने से पहले मैनेजर को नया ऑर्डर करने के लिए बताना।
• साफ-सफाई: किचन, बर्तन धोने की जगह और सर्विस काउंटर पर साफ-सफाई के सख्त नियमों का पालन करना।
• कस्टमर सर्विस: ग्राहकों से विनम्रता (तमीज़) से बात करना और उन्हें जल्दी सर्विस देना।

हमें कैसा उम्मीदवार चाहिए (Candidate Requirements):

• आपको किसी फास्ट-फूड की दुकान या रेस्टोरेंट में खाना बनाने का 1 से 2 साल का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
• नेपाली या तिब्बती खाना बनाना आना बहुत अच्छी बात है, लेकिन यह बिल्कुल ज़रूरी नहीं है। अगर आप एक बेहतरीन फास्ट-फूड कुक हैं और हमारी रेसिपी जल्दी सीख सकते हैं, तो आप अप्लाई कर सकते हैं।
• साफ-सुथरा रहना और काम में अनुशासित होना बहुत ज़रूरी है।
• भीड़ के समय (Peak hours) में तेज़ी से काम करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
