Job Overview

Teleperformance Thane is hiring Customer Service Professionals for a premium inbound voice process representing HSBC Credit Cards. In this role, you will deliver world-class customer service by resolving credit card-related queries while identifying opportunities to cross-sell financial schemes, exclusive offers, and value-added product offerings to eligible customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Query Resolution: Manage inbound customer service calls regarding credit card accounts, billing, transaction disputes, and reward points.
• Customer Experience: Deliver high-quality assistance in line with HSBC's global banking standards.
• Value-Added Cross-Selling: Partially pitch and cross-sell upgraded credit card schemes, active offers, and allied banking products during customer interactions.
• Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations, data security standards, and internal corporate policies.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

• Education: Complete Graduate degree in any stream is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of continuous experience in a BPO inbound voice customer service process.
• Communication Skills: C1-level English communication skills (Advanced/Fluent verbal and written proficiency).
• Financial Integrity: Good credit history with a healthy CIBIL score and zero history of past loan or credit card defaults.

Shifts, Compensation & Perks

• Shift Timings: Day Shift Rotational framework.
• Daily Hours: 9-hour login window (includes a 1-hour break) scheduled anywhere between 6:30 AM and 8:30 PM.
• Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational days off per week.
• Salary Package: ₹34,000 In-Hand | ₹40,000 CTC per month.
• Transport Facility: Centralised pick-up and drop services provided directly from Thane Railway Station.

Interview & Selection Process

Candidates must clear the following structured evaluation rounds sequentially:

1. HR Screening (Initial hygiene and profile match check)
2. Versant Test (Score of 6 or higher is mandatory to qualify for further rounds)
3. Operations (OPS) Round (Technical and situational alignment check)
4. Client Interview (Final sign-off by the brand)
