Job Description

  • Make outbound calls and/or handle inbound customer calls.
  • Explain company products, services, offers, or processes clearly.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
  • Maintain accurate call and customer records in the CRM/system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and customer-support teams.
  • Follow company scripts, processes, and quality standards.
