Customer Retention Specialist

 Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Handle customer calls, emails, and queries professionally.
• Assist US customers with their auto-parts-related requirements.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

Customer Retention:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
• Identify customers who may be considering leaving and take appropriate steps to retain them.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions to improve customer loyalty.
• Encourage repeat business and long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers.
• Handle retention-related concerns and provide effective resolutions.
• Achieve assigned customer retention, satisfaction, and performance targets.
• RequirementsGood English communication skills.
• Customer-focused and positive attitude.
• Good convincing and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Retention, BPO, International Process, or US Process is an advantage.
