Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Communicate with customers in basic English.
- Understand customer requirements and respond to queries.
- Read and understand basic English instructions and information.
- Maintain professional communication and follow company guidelines.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors whenever required.
- Eligibility CriteriaHSC (12th Pass) mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
