Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls related to HSBC credit cards.
- Resolve customer queries regarding credit card services, transactions, and products.
- Provide accurate information about credit card offers, schemes, and benefits.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling credit card products and offers.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO inbound voice customer service experience.
- Communication: C1-level communication skills required.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates must be willing to undergo CIBIL score and past loan-default checks.
