Job Description

Core Responsibilities


• Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Reaching out to potential or existing customers via phone calls using the bank's database to pitch financial products.

• Product Pitching: Explaining, promoting, and selling IDFC FIRST Bank's retail products. This usually includes credit cards, personal loans, saving accounts, or cross-selling insurance policies.

• Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the banking process to earn additional performance incentives.

• Customer Relationship Management: Directing prospects through the initial application process, resolving their queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
