Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist customers with banking products and services.
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products such as credit cards, loans, insurance, and other financial products, as applicable.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow bank policies and procedures.
  • Eligibility CriteriaHSC pass or Graduate.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good English communication skills are required.
  • Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
  • Willingness to work in a customer service and sales-oriented role.
