Job Responsibilities


Sales Responsibilities

  • Contact interested leads and explain SkillsPehle's courses, bundles, and training programs.
  • Follow up with potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
  • Help interested customers complete the registration and purchase process.
  • Maintain lead records and follow up regularly to achieve sales targets.


Customer Support Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other support channels.
  • Guide customers regarding courses, training videos, account access, payments, and dashboard-related issues.
  • Understand customer problems and provide clear, helpful solutions.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues and coordinate with the relevant team when necessary.
  • Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Marathi communication skills are an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, email, and internet browsing.
  • Patience, problem-solving ability, and a customer-friendly attitude.
  • Confidence in speaking with customers and explaining products.
  • Willingness to learn and work toward sales targets.
