Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer calls, emails, chats, or messages in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot basic technical or service issues, and resolve complaints effectively
  • .Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Education: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, or BPO
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi).
  • Soft Skills: Active listening, empathy, problem-solving ability, patience, and a calm composure under pressure
