Job OverviewWe are looking for a telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Key Responsibilities Handle outbound calls from existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding insurance policies and services.
- Assist customers with policy-related queries, documentation, renewals, and general support.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
- Follow up with customers when required and ensure timely resolution of their requests.
- Update customer information, interactions, and service records in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requests and policies.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
- Candidate RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/system applications.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
Working DetailsTiming: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Week Off: Sunday Fixed
