Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Visit beauty parlours, salons, spas, and potential business partners on a daily basis.
• Generate sales through direct field visits and product presentations.
• Introduce Nidhii Skincare products and explain their benefits, usage, and commercial value.
• Identify new parlours and potential sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parlour owners and staff.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into regular customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of visits, leads, orders, follow-ups, and sales.
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and dispatch teams for order processing.
• Ensure timely payment/order follow-up wherever required.

Requirements

• 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or related industries.
• Fresher candidates with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with daily field travel.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
• Knowledge of the local market and parlour network will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
