Job Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (2+ years experience) who can build and maintain modern web applications and also handle WordPress development + customization. The candidate should be comfortable working on both frontend + backend, optimizing performance, and delivering scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP / Laravel OR Node.js

• Build responsive UI using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap / Tailwind

• Work on backend APIs, integrations, and database management

• Fix bugs, optimize performance and improve security

• Work on deployment, hosting configuration, and server setup support

WordPress Development

• Create and customize WordPress websites

• Customize themes & plugins (Elementor / WPBakery etc.)

• Handle WordPress speed optimization, caching and security

• Manage WooCommerce sites (if needed)

• Integrate payment gateways, forms, CRM, and marketing tools

✅ Required Skills

Must Have

• Strong knowledge of PHP + MySQL

• Experience with Laravel OR Core PHP

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• WordPress: Theme customization + plugin setup

• Website security basics & performance optimization

Good to Have (Bonus)

• React / Vue basics

• REST API integration (Payment gateways, WhatsApp API, SMTP etc.)

• Git (Version control)

• Server deployment knowledge (cPanel / VPS / Cloud)

• Experience in SaaS / CRM systems

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of real project experience

• Can work independently and deliver on deadlines

• Good communication and reporting discipline

• Strong debugging mindset and problem-solving
