Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding home loan products.
  • Generate leads and explain home loan eligibility, interest rates, and loan benefits.
  • Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into business.
  • Collect customer information and required documents for loan processing.
  • Coordinate with the sales and loan processing teams.
  • Maintain daily calling reports and update customer details in the CRM.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
