MST (Multi Skill Technician)

** Job Purpose

The Multi-Skill Technician is responsible for carrying out day-to-day preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of the facility, equipment and building services. The technician should be capable of handling multiple maintenance activities and ensuring that all systems are maintained in a safe, efficient and operational condition.

** Coordination

The MST shall coordinate with:

• Facility Manager
• Maintenance Supervisor
• Security Team
• Housekeeping Team
• Client representatives
• External vendors and contractors
• Electrical/HVAC/plumbing specialists 

** Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance.
• Basic plumbing knowledge.
• Basic carpentry and civil repair skills.
• Basic HVAC knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance problems.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to respond to emergency breakdowns.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays as per site requirements. 

** Performance Parameters / KPIs

The MST's performance can be evaluated based on:

• Timely attendance to maintenance complaints.
• Breakdown response time.
• Complaint about closure time.
• Preventive maintenance completion.
• Quality of repair work.
• Reduction in repeat complaints.
• Proper use and maintenance of tools.
• Safety compliance.
