Job Description
- Manage and coordinate Marketing Executives and daily sales activities.
- Monitor enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order status.
- Coordinate purchase/material requirements with suppliers and factory.
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery with customers and factory.
- Take daily production, material and dispatch updates from Factory Manager.
- Share customer/order requirements with the factory and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for Owner/Management.
- Coordinate between Marketing, Accounts, Purchase and Factory.
- Track pending orders, collections and delivery commitments.
