Pharmacist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Warehouse Pharmacist is one who is responsible for attending customer calls and messages to create order bills. They will also be managing packing and delivery agents to cordinate order fulfillment

Office Location: Dahisar-Mori Naka, Near Uttar Shiv

30-40 min via Auto/Bike from Taloja, Kharghar, Kalamboli, Mumbra, Dombivli

Office Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM

Roles and Responsibility

Order Processing & Billing

• Monitor and process online and in-store customer orders daily
• Ensure all sale, sale-return, purchase, and purchase-return invoices are accurate and compliant

Cash & Accounts Reconciliation

• Verify and account for cash/online payments received from customers each day

Inventory Management

• Generate lists of items for daily or periodic physical stock audits
• Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records and investigate discrepancies

Customer Service & Complaints Resolution

• Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly, aiming for same-day turnaround
• Coordinate with operations or logistics teams to resolve issues (e.g., billing errors, delivery delays)

Record Keeping & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the pharmacy management system
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical dispensing

Minimum Eligibility Criteria

✅ Candidate should have valid D Pharm or B Pharm License

✅ Experience with working on MARG or similar Pharma billing software will be plus point

✅ Prior experience of Medical Shop or Hospital Pharmacy counter will be plus point

✅ Minimum 1 year of retail or e-commerce pharmacy experience

✅ Proficient with billing software and inventory management systems

✅ Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

✅ Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills

✅ Basic computer operation is must ( Should know how to use Gmail, Print Invoices, Microsoft Word, Excel etc)

In addition to minimum requirements, if you meet following criteria you can earn higher salary

✅ Experience in planning orders and cordinating with suppliers will be plus point

✅ Experience in managing online product catalogs

✅ Experience in using Chat GPT to productively manage your daily tasks

✅ Very organized and planned approach to work
