Job Description
- 15k-30k per month (Based on experience and performance)

- Candidates with experience in Real Estate Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling
- or Customer Relationship Management are preferred
Eligibility
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Real Estate or Sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions professionally through calls and follow-ups.Generate and manage leads for real estate sales opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property recommendations.Build strong customer relationships and maintain reqular follow-ups.
Demonstrate excellent sales and convincing skills to convert leads into potential
business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handing and process
Achieve assigned sales and lead conversion targets.
