We Are Hiring An Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing design team in Kalyan, Dombivli & Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will lead and support architectural design projects from initial concept through execution, ensuring full regulatory compliance and artistic vision. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in design software, in-depth knowledge of local municipal norms (UDCPR), and strong project leadership abilities.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation (CTC): ₹3,60,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1- Architectural Design & Drafting: Conceptualize, draft, and produce high-quality architectural plans, elevation drawings, section drawings, and 3D renderings using modern design tools.

2- Regulatory & Compliance Management: Ensure all design proposals strictly align with UDCPR regulations, local building bylaws, safety standards, and environmental requirements.

3- Permitting & Liaisoning: Prepare, submit, and manage architectural documentation required for municipal sanctions, building permits, and approval processes.

4- Project Execution & Coordination: Collaborate with structural engineers, contractors, site managers, and clients to ensure designs are executed accurately on-site.

5- Quality Assurance & Supervision: Conduct periodic site inspections to review work progress, verify design compliance, and resolve on-site technical issues.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

1- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) required; Master’s Degree (M.Arch) is preferred.

2- Experience: 03–04 years of hands-on experience in architectural design, preferably within the real estate, commercial, or residential construction sector.

3- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating past project work, design aesthetics, technical drawings, and creative design capability is mandatory.

Technical Skills:

1- Advanced proficiency in CAD, Revit, and architectural visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or V-Ray).

2- Thorough working knowledge of Maharashtra's UDCPR (Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations).

3- Deep understanding of building materials, construction techniques, safety regulations, and building codes.

Soft Skills:

1- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

2- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and team leadership.

3- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
