STAFF REQUIRED – MONGINIS CAKE SHOP 🍰
We are looking for friendly and hardworking staff to join our new Monginis Cake Shop at Grand Square, Anand Nagar, Ghodbunder Road, Thane West.
💼 Job DetailsPosition: Shop Staff
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹2,000 per month
Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
⏰ Shift TimingsMorning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- 👩💼 ResponsibilitiesAttend to customers and provide friendly service
- Assist customers with cakes, pastries, chocolates and other products
- Handle billing and basic cash/UPI transactions
- Pack customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness and product displays
- Check stock and support daily shop operations
- ✅ RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Basic knowledge of cakes/confectionery is preferred but not mandatory
- Freshers are welcome
- 🎁 We Offer₹13,000–₹16,000 salary
