Job Description

Sales Team Leader – Aretto Footwear

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the store sales team.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Guide team members on customer handling and product knowledge.
  • Monitor store performance, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain proper store presentation and merchandising.
  • Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail/footwear sales.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Leadership and team-management skills.
  • Target-oriented and presentable.
  • Retail/footwear experience preferred.
