Sales Coordinator – FlatsIndia™
Location: Kapurbawdi, Thane West
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Up to 10% Commission
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
Job DescriptionFlatsIndia™ is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our real estate sales team across Primary, Resale & Rental properties.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Sales Executives, clients, brokers and property owners.
- Handle incoming sales enquiries and follow up with leads.
- Maintain lead details, client requirements and follow-up records.
- Coordinate property visits, meetings and client interactions.
- Share property details, pricing, availability and documents with clients.
- Coordinate between clients, sales team, owners and brokers during transactions.
- Assist the sales team with documentation and deal-related coordination.
- Follow up with clients and ensure timely movement of leads towards closure.
- Maintain updated property inventory and CRM/lead records.
- Provide regular updates to the management on leads and follow-ups.
- Requirements1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Sales Coordination / Customer Handling preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Organized, proactive and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Real estate experience will be preferred.
