Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities·

Visit beauty parlours, salons, spas, and potential business partners.

·        Generate sales through field visits and product presentations.

·        Explain Nidhii Skincare products, benefits, usage, and commercial value.

·        Identify new parlours and sales opportunities.

·        Build strong relationships with parlour owners and staff.

·        Follow up with leads and convert them into regular customers.

·        Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

·        Maintain records of visits, leads, orders, follow-ups, and sales.

·        Collect market feedback and competitor information.

·        Coordinate with internal sales and dispatch teams.

·        Ensure timely order and payment follow-ups.

Requirements:

12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

·        0–2 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or related industries.

·        Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can apply.

·        Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

·        Comfortable with daily field travel.

·        Positive and target-oriented approach.

·        Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.

·        Local Thane market knowledge and a parlour network are an advantage.

·        Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred.
