We are looking for a Nursing Bureau Telecaller / Sales Executive who can contribute to our business growth through customer communication, lead generation, follow-ups, service bookings, and referral-partner development.

• 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesPromote nursing home, nursing bureau, patient-care, and healthcare services.
• Generate leads through telephone calls, references, local networking, and field visits.
• Coordinate with patients, attendants, families, doctors, hospitals, and referral partners.
• Explain services, facilities, pricing, and admission/service procedures.
• Convert enquiries into admissions or service bookings and achieve monthly targets.
• Develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, diagnostic centres, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective patients and their families.
• Maintain daily records of enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with nursing and administration teams for smooth patient onboarding.
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good relationships with patients and families.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
• Regularly update CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.

• 🎓 Candidate RequirementsFemale candidates only.
• Undergraduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare sales, hospital sales, nursing home/nursing bureau sales, medical services, insurance, or B2C sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with patients, families, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion skills.
• Good negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software.
• Candidates with an existing healthcare, hospital, doctor, or referral network will be preferred.
• Must be comfortable with calling and occasional field visits when required.

🕐 Working HoursTiming: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: 1 day per week, as per management schedule

💰 Salary & Incentives₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives
