Outbound sales process for Bank.
Voice process

This is off role requirement. Selected candidates will be on HGS payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Address inbound queries and provide accurate information about Banking services.
- Promote and sell banking products.
- Drive activation process by ensuring newly acquired customers start using their credit cards promptly.
- Manage retention process by engaging with existing customers, resolving concerns, and offering relevant upgrades or benefits to enhance loyalty.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A graduation degree (any stream) is mandatory.
- Freshers and candidates with BPO or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
- Age limit: 18 to 32 years.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: Fresher- 18,000 (in hand)
