Telecaller – FlatsIndia™Location: Kapurbawdi, Thane West
Experience: 1–2 Years preferred / Freshers can apply
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
Job DescriptionFlatsIndia™ is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller to generate and qualify leads for our Primary, Resale & Rental real estate business.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective property buyers, tenants and property owners.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and preferred location.
- Generate and qualify genuine sales and rental leads.
- Explain available properties and share relevant property details.
- Schedule property visits and appointments for the Sales Team.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead details and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators.
- Work towards daily calling and lead-generation targets.
- Identify potential property owners and assist in generating new inventory.
- Requirements1–2 years of telecalling experience preferred; freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English & Marathi.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel and CRM.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with targets.
- Real estate experience will be an advantage.
