Job Description
Outbound Sales Executive – Activation, Retention & EMI Conversion
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Activate banking products and services such as credit cards, mobile banking, and other eligible products.
Retain customers by addressing concerns and offering suitable solutions.
Promote EMI conversion for eligible credit card or loan transactions.
Explain EMI plans, tenure, interest rates, processing fees, and benefits.
Cross-sell relevant banking products such as personal loans, insurance, savings accounts, and credit cards.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal bank policies during customer interactions.
