Job Description:
- Contact prospective and existing customers via phone to promote membership packages.
- End to end membership sales
- Explain membership features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable membership plan.
- Handle customer objections and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Process membership enrollments and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
