Job Description
Position: Valuation Engineer
Qualification: B.E. Civil or Diploma Civil Engineering or ITI Civil Draftsman
Experience: Any
Location: Thane, Thane West, Kalyan & Dombivali
Salary Package: 2.4 LPA* + Travelling Allowance
Requirement: Must have Own Bike & Valid Driving License

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections of immovable properties for valuation purposes.
- Verify property location, boundaries, dimensions, demarcations, access roads, and surrounding infrastructure.
- Verify property documents such as Sale Deed, 7/12 Extract, Property Card, Approved Plans, Commencement Certificate, Occupancy Certificate, etc.
- Assess the physical condition of the property, including construction quality, age of building, structural condition, and amenities.
- Perform market research to determine the fair market value of the property.
- Capture and maintain site photographs, geo-tagged images.
- Share the site visit data to the technical team.
