Job Description
FLOOR MANAGER – JEWELLERY Experience: 5–8 Years
Industry: Jewellery Retail
Jewellery Experience: MANDATORY
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage showroom floor operations and lead the sales team.
- Drive daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Handle VIP and high-value customers and support sales closures.
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Gold, Diamond & Precious Jewellery.
- Monitor stock movement, product display, and showroom standards.
- Conduct team briefings, motivate staff, and monitor performance.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, grooming, and discipline.
- Candidate Requirements5–8 years of experience in Jewellery Retail is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a Floor Manager / Senior Sales / Supervisory role preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of Gold & Diamond jewellery.
- Well-groomed, confident, and target-oriented.
