Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA – Marketing preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing activities to increase showroom visibility and sales.
• Generate leads through local marketing, digital channels, events and promotions.
• Develop relationships with customers, corporates and local businesses.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, offers and showroom events.
• Support social media and digital marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and vendors for marketing activities.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Support customer engagement and lead-conversion activities.
• Ensure all marketing activities follow Bhima Jewellery brand standards.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong marketing and networking abilities.
• Lead generation and customer acquisition skills.
• Knowledge of digital and social media marketing.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Good coordination and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to travel locally when required.
• Jewellery/retail marketing experience will be an added advantage.
