Job Description
Showroom Manager – Bhima Jewellery
Location: Thanjavur
Experience: 5+ Years in Retail / Jewellery / Showroom Management
Qualification: Any Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and sales activities.
- Lead, motivate and monitor the showroom team.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle key customers and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor stock, billing, display and showroom discipline.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand standards.
- Prepare daily sales and performance reports.
- Coordinate with management and other departments.
Skills: Leadership, sales management, customer handling, team management, communication, target orientation and problem-solving.
