Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Execution and Supervision:
  • Convert architectural and structural drawings into physical structures.
  • Set out lines, levels, and positions on site using surveying tools.
  • Allocate daily tasks to laborers and supervise subcontractors. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
  • Quality Control:
  • Inspect raw materials (like steel and concrete) to meet industry standards.
  • Check steel reinforcement (bar bending schedules) before concrete pouring.
  • Monitor curing processes and conduct on-site quality tests. [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • Stock maintaing
