Job Description
ITI Mechanical ITI Pass worker (Welder / Fitter / Turner), Non/Without ITI Person; with hands-on experience in factory work. Good at reading technical drawings, cutting and fitting metal parts, operating lathe machines, and doing MIG/TIG/ARC welding. Always works safely and completes jobs on time.
- Blueprints & Measurement: Competent at reading engineering drawings to mark, cut, and measure metal parts accurately using Vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Metal Fitting & Assembly: Hands-on experience in cutting, grinding, and aligning heavy metal parts to assemble machinery and components on the production line.
- Lathe Machine Operation: Skilled in operating conventional lathe machines for turning, boring, and thread-cutting to manufacture pins, bushes, and shafts.
- Industrial Welding: Proficient in joining metal structures securely using MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques while checking for defects.
- Maintenance & Safety: Responsible for daily machine oiling, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining a clean workspace while strictly following PPE safety rules.
