Job Description
Job Responsibility:
1. Monitor store and warehouse activities to prevent theft, pilferage, and inventory shrinkage.
2. Conduct regular audits, stock verification, and inventory checks.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and prepare incident reports.
3. Monitor CCTV footage and identify suspicious activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.
4. Coordinate with store operations and warehouse teams to resolve loss-related issues.
5. Conduct bag checks, gate pass verification, and visitor monitoring.
6. Maintain records of loss prevention activities and submit reports to management.
7. Assist in internal investigations and support disciplinary actions when required.
8. Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory to minimize damage and wastage.
9. Identify process gaps and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
10. Promote safety and security awareness among employees.
