Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, student-focused Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable aviation and career-oriented courses. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling students and parents, following up with prospective admissions, and achieving admission targets while ensuring a positive student experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career interests, and aspirations to recommend suitable courses.
- Provide accurate information about course details, eligibility, fees, duration, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Conduct counselling sessions for students and parents to support informed decision-making.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain consistent communication to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets as assigned by management.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and admission status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic, sales, and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Assist students with application forms, document collection, fee payments, and enrolment formalities.
- Prepare and submit daily work reports and periodic admission updates.
- Maintain professional relationships with students and parents and uphold the company’s service standards.
