Job Description
- CRE – EdTech Sales Roles & ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with leads generated through calls, website enquiries, social media, and walk-ins.
- Counsel prospective students on courses, training programs, fees, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by achieving monthly enrollment targets.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students until the admission process is completed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Update lead status and customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for batch scheduling and student onboarding.
- Address student queries and provide timely support.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and follow-up reports.
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
