Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store opening/closing and overall floor operations.
  • Ensure proper merchandising, store hygiene, safety, and product availability.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Monitor billing counters and ensure smooth checkout during peak hours.
  • Drive MORE+ loyalty program enrolments.
  • Conduct stock checks, gap audits, and control shrinkage/damages.
  • Monitor near-expiry/expired products and ensure timely action.
  • Conduct daily team briefings, allocate tasks, and monitor team performance.
  • Support sales targets and promotional activities.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize operational wastage.
