Job Description

Kerala Secrets, a fast-growing Ayurvedic skincare and haircare brand, is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Tirupati.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and WhatsApp messages professionally.

Answer queries regarding products, orders, delivery status, payments and returns.

Follow up with customers regarding order-related issues.

Coordinate with our internal team to resolve customer complaints quickly.

Assist customers in choosing the right products and explain basic product details.

Maintain records of customer queries and follow-ups.

Ensure customers receive a friendly and positive experience with Kerala Secrets.
