Job Description
Collection ExecutiveRole & Responsibilities:
- Handle collection of overdue loan/EMI payments from customers.
- Visit customers and follow up for pending payments.
- Maintain regular customer communication and payment records.
- Achieve assigned collection targets and improve collection efficiency.
- Resolve customer queries related to overdue payments.
- Update daily collection activities and field visit reports.
- Coordinate with the branch team for effective recovery and customer service.
Eligibility:
- 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work in field operations
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
