Operation Executive

Position: Operations Executive

• Key Responsibilities:Mark and monitor daily morning attendance of drivers and helpers.
• Assign wards/areas to field staff as per the daily schedule.
• Manage daily manpower deployment and ensure proper utilization of resources.
• Coordinate with field employees and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Monitor daily field operations and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management.
• Maintain attendance, manpower, and operational records.
• Coordinate with supervisors and field teams for smooth execution of operations.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Support management in achieving daily operational targets.
• Eligibility:Minimum Graduate in any stream.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and report preparation.
• Good manpower handling and team coordination skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and proactive approach.
• Previous experience in field operations/manpower handling will be preferred.
• Candidates from Seoni Malwa or nearby areas will be preferred.
