• Working Papers Preparation: Prepare, update, and organize audit workpapers and documentation.

• Compliance Checks: Assist with statutory, internal, or tax audits (including GST and TDS verifications).

• Bookkeeping & Accounts: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and help finalize balance sheets or cash flow statements.

• Reporting Assistance: Draft audit observations, compile findings, and follow up with departments or clients for missing records.

Stock Audit

• Physical Stock Verification: Count physical inventory in stores, warehouses, or project sites and compare the counts with software or ledger records.

• Discrepancy Reconciliation: Identify and report mismatches between system quantities and physical quantities, damaged goods, or missing items.

• Cash & Sales Matching: Verify system and manual sales cash, credit card merchant slips, bill returns, and cancelled bills against physical cash drawers or rough cash books.

• Data Entry & Documentation: Enter stock data into inventory management software (such as Tally or ERP systems) and compile working papers or audit logs.

• Compliance Checks: Check whether mandatory business licenses, GST records, and statutory displays are properly maintained.

• Reporting: Draft audit observations and submit findings to the Audit In-Charge or management
