GREETER / CRE
Job Description – Key Responsibilities
- Customer Welcome: Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the showroom.
- Customer Assistance: Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate sales team or showroom section.
- Customer Registration: Collect and maintain basic customer information as per company procedures.
- Customer Coordination: Coordinate with Sales Executives to ensure customers receive prompt and appropriate assistance.
- Customer Service: Provide a pleasant and professional experience throughout the customer's showroom visit.
- Enquiry Handling: Attend to basic customer enquiries regarding showroom sections, products, offers and services.
- Customer Follow-up: Support customer follow-ups and maintain records of enquiries and showroom visits.
- Feedback Collection: Obtain customer feedback and communicate relevant feedback or concerns to the concerned team.
- Showroom Support: Assist the showroom team during events, promotions, peak hours and other customer engagement activities.
- Professional Standards: Maintain proper grooming, communication, discipline and customer service standards in accordance with company policies.
