Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Field Sales

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and well-connected Field Sales / Business Development Executive to grow our B2B network in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will drive sales for our core operations, focusing on hotel bookings, transport logistics, and commercial event equipment rentals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily field visits to meet with hotel General Managers, resort purchase managers, and destination wedding planners across Udaipur.
Pitch and secure long-term contracts for our logistics services and event inventory (including commercial air coolers, heaters, barricades, and queue managers).
Build and maintain strong relationships with local event vendors, tent houses, and hospitality professionals to generate consistent leads.
Close sales, handle basic negotiations, and meet monthly revenue targets.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in field sales, hospitality, or event coordination. (Smart freshers with excellent communication and confidence are welcome to apply).
Strong understanding of the Udaipur hotel and tourism market.
Must own a personal two-wheeler for local travel.
Good negotiation skills and fluency in Hindi and basic spoken English.
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on prior experience and existing market network).
Travel Allowance: Petrol allowance provided for all official field visits.
Incentives: Attractive commission structure on every successful booking and bulk rental deal.
