Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business and develop customer relationships for our CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Biometric, Networking, PA System, Solar and other ELV solutions.

The candidate should be comfortable with field visits, lead generation, customer meetings and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through field visits, references and local market activities
• Visit shops, offices, factories, hotels, schools, hospitals, builders, contractors and other commercial clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
• Promote and sell CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Biometric, Networking, PA, Solar and ELV products
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team for site requirements
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate with installation/service teams for smooth project execution
• Maintain daily field visit and sales activity reports
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate leads independently
• Good customer relationship management
• Basic knowledge of CCTV / ELV / Networking products preferred
• Comfortable with field sales and daily travelling
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp / Email
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Candidate Requirements1–4 years of field sales experience preferred
• Experience in CCTV, Security Systems, Fire Alarm, Networking, Solar or ELV sales will be an advantage
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
• Should be willing to travel within Udaipur and nearby areas
